Body fat guess

Just wondering what use think my body fat percent is a month ago got tested using calipers and was 11.5 , I'm tighter now and guessing I'm maybe 8 I have 3 weeks left on diet so hope to get even tighter

Gotta love that lift lighting, eh?! I'm guilty of the same thing. And when they've installed mirrors too... well, it would be rude NOT to use them.

 

Yep, I reckon 8% sounds about right. It'd be easier to tell with a better shot - full body, shirt off. But whatever the number, you're shredded. Are you going to enter our Challenge?

ye bro will get tested still holding some stubborn fat around back and tricep areas very annoying but 3 weeks left , will tighten up further HOPEFULLY .  Looking at doing mens physique in march so will do a clean bulk for a month or so then cut back down for show ,

Ye I'd say around that mark , never really worried to much about numbers as mirror and pics tell the true story . Still 3 weeks left will post up pics as I go to final day .
