Blasting and Crusing at age 19

Will be starting my first ever "cycle" of steroids from next monday. 500mg of test e a week for 12 weeks.

To avoid the problems of coming off cycle after the 12 weeks with low testosterone, loss of gains, and mental effects it seems to make sense to never come off. If im going to start in the first place.

 

Whats everyones thoughts.

Good idea bro. If you're srs about bodybuilding, there's no point coming off after every cycle. You're just going one step back after two steps forwards whereas if you stayed on you could've been at square 3 rather than square 1.

However you don't know how you will respond and you might decide that the enhanced life is not for you before your "cycle" is over. So I would research a proper PCT and acquire ancillaries required for PCT just in case.

I'm assuming that you're 100% dedicated to your shit and not eating shit and getting drunk on the weekends. If you aren't then just do a cycle.

Yeah, im pretty serious about bodybuilding, competed earlier in the year (did poorly though looked way off LOL) but i;ve found something i want to pursue.  Yeah I have my nutrition on track, i just know that theres not much point staying natural with the goals I have for myself.

I've already decided if im going to take steroids i'll be doing it all out. Not cycling like a few of my friends as i see it as a life long commitment as you say.

Good on you mate if your that dedicated and know EXACTLY what you want out of life at only 19yrs. When i was a maggot at 19 all i done was get pissed and chase pussy, i ate total crap and trained crap etc.........until i had kids in my 20s then shit got real, good you mate all i can say is study up on AAS, PCT protocols etc then make a plan but 500mg Test E is a great start just my 2cents

Ok so how do you plan to blast and cruise? What's your first blast going to be? For how long then what?

Well my first "blast" will only be 500mg test enanthate for 12 weeks.

then 250mg cruise for 8 weeks

then blast 500mg test 250 deca

cruise six weeks, then start getting ready for a comp.

I'm with Leeroid, if your gonna do your gonna do it, if you have serious bodybuilding ambitions then by all means do what you got to do,

il just parrot everyone else and knowledge yourself to the gills *wink* others might disagree and say your too young etc but truth is, if you want to progress as quick as possible in bodybuilding then using AAS is only gonna be advantageous to your goals, youve already stated that kids arnt a prioroty at this point and time, so i see no real issue.

in saying all that, i assume you have built a decent foundation and knowlegable with nutrition, training etc etc. be good to see some pics also why not start a log? the more the merrier i say.

good base. dunno much about this topic besides just saying make sure you have a backup plan incase shit hits the fan.

 

also was just thinking about what a shit storm this same thread would have turned in to just a few months ago or even a couple years back lol. things have changed real fast around here

I was expecting him to get an ear full lol I'm sure you have read up the dangers etc that go with your decision, so dont need it jamed down your throut. Just do your research, make sure you are well informed then the decision is yours! Good luck

Well my attitude to steroids is that I either take them, and go all out with blasting and crusing and competing. or not take them at all. I can't be bothered cycling it doesnt seem worth it.

Bumping an old thread...... I'm bored..!!

Its my personal opinion that at 19 you're too young to be on AAS unless in your chosen sport you are already showing supreme genetics.. As you've already made that decision I might as well offer constructive advice...

At 93kgs you've probably got enough size already to warrant 500mg/week Test...

The whole idea behind cruise is to keep the dose low enough to allow blood markers to return to near normal as possible, without the crash, emotional rollercoaster, impotence of PCT.. Whilst on sufficient amount to hold onto gains... This is generally advised at 125-250mg/week dependant on size and number of years on AAS, at 250mg you might be on the high side to bring levels down to normal for E2, cholesterol, blood pressure, prostrate etc... 125mg might be nearer for you as a beginner..IMO..

Cruise is advised at equal to or longer than blast..

On your 2nd blast I might keep Test low at 250mg whilst bumping the Deca up to 400-600mg, With Nandrolone AR binding in muscle tissue is higher than Test, Nandrolone doesn't carry 2nd'ary anabolic effects which are non-AR mediated, Test does and produces other hormones at a higher rate, therefore the inclusion of Test is prudent but better kept low to avoid side effects of too much Test unable to bind AR aromatizing or DHT conversion via 5-alpha reductase...
