6'2" 22 years old

Haven't trained or taken steroids in over 2 months. Lost a lot of size and gotten a lot weaker. Been broke and couldn't afford much food so I've just been eating to survive. Approx 2 meals daily and starvation has taken it's toll.

Now I've got $$ coming in again and a new place to live so now I can continue the bodybuilding journey!

First injection yesterday, 600mg per week testosterone enanth total. Will be taking a moderate dose to return to previous size then increase steroid amount as I grow.

Training is basic to begin with, 3 days a week. Push/legs/pull routine.

Won't list exact excercises & reps/sets etc. I will say that I do thorough warm up sets to get a good pump then do my heavy duty sets 6-10 reps about 6 sets. After that I do drop sets and super sets to get a maximal pump. Inspired by Milos Sarcev's hyperemia advantage training. Will go into more detail with this after a few weeks.

My secret weapon to gaining mass as fast as possible is the pre/during/post workout drinks. Will be adding humalog insulin 10iu's preworkout in the upcoming weeks once I reach my plateau and will also go into more detail with that.

Day 1: Chest/Delts/Triceps

Day 2: Legs/Abs

Day 3: Back/Biceps

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's a basic outline of my daily diet starting today:

6am: Cereal + 70g protein drink

8am: Oats/Whey/Oil shake 50g protein

10am: x2 Filet o Fish burgers 30g protein

Preworkout Drink: 5g creatine/30g whey protein/30g fast sugar carbs

--Training--

During workout drink: 100g fast sugar carbs/5g creatine/25g essential amino acids

Post workout drink: 50g fast sugar carbs/5g creatine/50g whey protein

2pm: Chicken & rice meal

5pm: x2 One square meal bars

7pm: Chicken & rice

10pm: Cereal + protein drink 75g

Protein: 400g approx Carbs: 500g approx Fat: Low-Moderate

Personally I'd feel sick while training after consuming all that sugar... You don't have this problem?

why not just take the insulin post workout, you know there is little added benefit to taking it pre workout apart from possibly getting a better pump and then you wouldn't have to drink all that sugar before and during. 10iu is a lot to take pre workout btw

  • 2 weeks later...

Hey bro's, back on here again..

gained most of my weight back, still on 600mg test a week, expect to gain another 5kg back in the next 12 days and steady & slow after that.

after first workout muscles were cronically sore for like, 8 days lol. Just completed 2nd chest/shoulders workout earlier today. Strength gone up a lot compared to the previous workout too.

Rapz, will post pics up later on when i find a camera lol..

Realtalk, I will always take insulin preworkout because it works best that way. glucose/amino acids/creatine in the bloodstream during the whole time I'm training and the insulin working constantly shuttling those nutrients into the muscles.

Lee, no gh used with slin. Don't plan on using gh anytime soon, but if I had the chance I would jump on straight away lol.. And let's put it this way, the benefits of insulin have fucked with my head that I psychologically cannot train without it anymore lol... I can train fine without insulin but the dramatic effect it has making the muscles absorb all the nutrients in the blood I find it a waste of time going to the gym without it :PPPP

Will update again soon I don't have internet access at home so I have to type this shit up at an internet cafe surrounded by fuckin nerds lol

All i do is say what's on my mind for the bodybuilding generation and to those who are looking to take up the sport of bodybuilding, Always be true to yourself and never break the rules in any sport, We must be treated equally because and the end of the day it is the person's fault for not listening to what i got to say.

Thanks.

This made me laugh. You might want to look more into bodybuilding if you think using steroids is breaking the rules.
