is nutra whey a good whey protein powder supplement?

Indeed, it is generally the cheapest short of buying a sack of Fonterra product.

The main benefit of isolate over concentrate is the lower lactose content.  If you and your guts get on fine, then that isn't a big deal.

I would say almost exactly no difference to Gold Standard whey or any other isolate, or casein.  Or probiotic advanced six stage protein blend...

Different protein sources are made of different ratios of aminos.  Eat enough whole proteins and it all takes care of itself without you needing to get a degree.  You know the drill - whey, eggs, and animals.

Focussing your time and saved-cash on other stuff will do more for you than buying 'fancy' protein products.

it's not a blend just straight wpc. it was alright when i tried it but that was ages ago and since then have read comments by others who complained about flavours so guess either they changed something or it's just the subjective nature of taste. in any case it's pretty cheap if interested just give it a try or next time you order ask them if you can get samples of it in some different flavours.

I use nutratech when I bought my first bag they gave me sample sachets of all the flavours. I like them all with the exception of cookies and cream but I dnt that particular flavour in any brand so not really a criticism of nutratech. Mixes fine with oats and other foods.

Does the job fine although I dnt have many shakes these days so 2.25kg lasts a hell of a lot longer than it used to lol

I'm a regular user of nutrawhey. I buy a few bags when they go.on sale. ATM they have a bag of flavored for $69 and a further 5% off with a code, and you get 75 servings at approx 25g protein serving and 6g bcaas. I have recently tried again myofusion elite, gold standard and combat, and combat and myofusion beat nutrawhey on taste hands down! But for the price....nutrawhey is a great protein for a awesome price once you have been on nutrawhey for a while its fine, just coming from combat or myo you will be slightly let down on taste.

and it actually mixes better than expensive proteins like combat, the taste is fine, just when coming from more expensive proteins it does taste a bit bland imho but taste is subjective.

overall its a awesome protein for the price. def a great buy!

A bit bland may be ideal, especially for larger servings and/or high frequency.

That really nice cinnamon roll flavour might not be so nice double scooped 3x daily.

So it does depend a bit on context of usage

ok ive got nutra whey.. i got the no flavour one thought i could handle no flavor but maybe not lol next time ill get choc

anyways other than its seems good other than the plastic seal doesn't work for me lol

lol i  hate the packets only good for travelling i guess. dump it into one of your old protein tubs that shoudl take care of the seal.

as for the flavourless one you either have to get used to it or mix in cocoa powder (pretty much no calories in there) or milo (high carb) for taste.

Couldn't agree more. If you're bulking Chuck in some Milo; Cheapeast and best tasting option!
