Optimen doses

Just a quick question, brought a tub of these in nz and the recommended dose is 1 cap per day. Got the same ones from the US and they state 3 caps per day?? Anyone know why? Im guessing something to do with the recommendations being different in each country, but seems like a big difference?

you'll find this is the case with many products coming in to NZ. they are the same product but the label is a  little different in regards to dosage recommendations to meet up with our regulations here.

from memory with some multis they lower the dosage because certain minerals might be considered toxic in 'high' doses

Yeah that ^ stuff.

Stuff in the vitamin B family has really different RDI here vs US, also zinc and something I've forgotten.  No doubt lots of differences to be found.

You'll have to decide for yourself if your body has the survivability of an Amercian or a mere Kiwi...

Edit: for unintended emoticon usage lol

If you want to save money I would highly recomend buying the mens multi made by red seal or healthories which can bought at your local supermarket plus it more cheaper to buy compare to buying multis from any supplement shop and your wallet will thank you for it

Crikey they seem to have free shipping this month (up to 4lbs).

That there is the product.

I only ended up ordering from offshore as I was looking for fishoil caps and having four different products flown to me cost about the same as buying just the fishoil caps locally.  Couldn't really support the locals in the face of that.

Also check out the stevia (french vanilla!) and tribulus in the 'trial' section.  Pretty much free so not hard to get good value there...
