Macro spilt cutting on gear?

Hey fullas, wondering what spilt you guys find best cutting on a test/tren stack?(245mg test prop, 350 tren ace)

Seems to change a lot person to person but 50p 30c 20f seems like a pretty popular one. I have trialed 40p 35c 25f, and felt good on this, about 500cals below maintance. plenty of energy etc

Just wondering what people have had the most sucess with?

energy deficit > macro splits

my suggestion...

protein at 1g per LB of bodyweight is plenty, fill the rest with carbs, keep fat low.  Trens nutrient partioning effect on the body is awesome, more carbs you have the better you look imo.  when carbs are too low you just go into flat land sometimes if sensitive may even go a bit hypoglycemic, but once you have a high carb/cheat meal, BOOM!! blow up, feel good and look good!

if i were to put numbers on it, it would look something like 50c, 40p, 10f and as long as your in energy deficit you will lose bodyfat, the leaner you get and if you want a dryer look drop out carbs a bit and replace with protein.

Ive tried 2 different styles now, higher protein, mod-low carbs, low fat and currently on high carbs, high protein, low fat. Prefering high carbs by miles, like rapz mentioned you do look better and also you obviously feel better yum! I personally go low fat as it seems to affect my particular body more than anything else - back when I was natty and still now so no biggy. But yeah clean carbs, think I'm on about 300g a day probably more cutting on abouuuut 2.9-3k cals it's pretty easy, weights dropping nice and steady and fats dropping off too~

Ben0 when I got back from holiday my maint due to lifting + 2 x 1 hour cardio a day and other stuff was around 4k and I was eating 2.4 ( lol retard central ) I stopped this just due to not actually knowing why I was doing so much cardio - was my pre holiday mode short burst cut, anyways I didn't even "notice" any lost gains, like when you're natty you can definitely notice during a cut but yeah.. that deficit is retardedly huge and stupid but just plopping it down as an example of how crazy you can go ( but shouldn't cos you'll go nuts with starvation )

Also to add to this, how aggresive can you get with cutting the cals ?ie what is the lowest below maintance you would want to go without losing too many hard earned gains?

i think you can go quite low if you wanted to, but even while tren is a very strong compound you will still lose size if you diet too harsly for long periods, dont really have numbers to put on this one but anything from 500-1000 cals in deficit is getting up there.

why would you though? faster BF loss? if you dont have time frames i would just take your time enjoy your foods, tren will works its magic over time.

Just the classic 6 weeks out from summer cut lol have been cutting for 6 weeks already, just want the best poss result for summer really - So would like to do the most I can to reach my goals. Weight was coming off at a steady rate on test only, but has stalled since starting tren - which i'm hoping is a good thing! Feel good on current diet with the higher carbs lower fat so hoping I can keep where I am and see some good results in the next 6-8 weeks! Have had a bit of an injury the last few weeks so havent been lifting too heavy..might give some heavy lifts a go in the next few days , cant wait to see how the strength is!
