Im new to the scene and just looking around for a bit of help really, In the past 2 months I have lost 15kgs and loving it, some are saying iv become a bit addicted but hay why not. the plan is to keep losing untill i reach my goal and then tone up and bulk up definition and fitness. Looking for a trainer at the moment as well some one who can just kick my arse when i need it and just really get in to it with me. im a sports junkie and boxing fanatic just hadnt gotten into it for a while cause i had gain so much weight but now is a diffrent story and i rekon bring it on.

You'll notice that the people who say you're addicted to fitness are usually the ones who could benefit from a bit of fitness addiction themselves! It's ok... here at Gymnation, we fully approve of that addiction.

Good to here you are enjoying the training, you have a clear focus on what you want to achieve and this imo often sees the best outcomes from training.

Enjoy the sport but always keep in mind what you want to achieve and you will do well.

Very true! its amazing how people can turn you doing something positive with your life into a negative just to make themselves feel better about being fat and lazy!
