Pb on bench, never got to 100kg (bw at just under 74kg in morning)

Tried 5*5, 5/3/1. So maybe some pixie dust in it :)

Back not feeling right on squats did 100kg * 1 thought would leave. Felt better after bench so did some lightweight deadlifts for 5 reps

Photos came out shitty today-posted the better ones

Think spent more time in photoshop then actually lifting

Bench weight felt light to start with. Good workout felt pump in back of shoulders after doing incline.

Did some bicep sets not recorded, some alternate curls once failed switch to slightly lighter weight ez curl bar.

Pinned 1.5ml tonight sore initally seems to of worn off now.

Easily eating 3600 calories at the moment. Hungry inbetween meals too

Leg day today. Tried 125kg squat failed lol. Anything over a 100kg feels so damn heavy on back. 125kg felt was compressing spine. Guess need more time under weight to get use to it.

Calories be close to 4.5k today, chocolate cake and muffin freebies at work. Was shocked to see 900 calories in them both. No wonder people are over weight - unknowlingly eating them. Think some cake left so may indulge tommorow too.

Looking less defined in mirror interesting to see next weeks pics may reevaluate calories

Full body workout today

Didnt log today just did some squats/deads/bench

Shot it in 1 vid. Didnt go to heavy want to go to snap city lmao

Did a few sets of deads notable ones 180kg*2, 185kg*1

Bench did a few sets

Squats at end no energy just a couple sets.

Tuesday pulled muscle in back when doing squats, going to take easy next few days. Back been niggly for a while should of deloaded lol.

 

Wed did circuit workout 10 reps per set - pull ups, press ups, sit ups *3

                                                          -lat pull downs, push ups, leg raises *3

 

Thursday circuit again 10 reps per set - inc bench, dips, 20 kg front plate raises *3

                                                        - tricep pull downs, shrugs, ezi curl.

Another pin tonight noticing bit of acne on chest.

Saturday (full body)

Started off on squats light back not 100% still. 80kg niggled it so stopped. Deadlifts did light as well could feel niggle on each rep :(

Bench did a few sets, failed on 105kg.

Starting to get some acne so a good sign

Been a lazy prick with updates.

New missus so doing a bit of cardio *good* Havent had much time to update.

Training been consistant, had a couple of days of food poisoning but kept the food going in as quick as going out. Havent had any huge strength gains last couple of weeks, not been pushing deadlifts too hard as not wanting to screw back.

Not sure if fat or bloated or bit of both.
