Hip cramps

Stretching your hips like doing more body balance and other specific stretches if you ask your trainer and show them where the cramp is maybe they know which muscles are cramping. Or you could go to a physio and ask them about the problem. 

Having a little bit more sodium/potassium, for example a little bit of himalayan salt, if you have a low salt diet (you may not). Or more vegetables.

It also could be due to having too high protien/too low carbs or drinking too much water causing slightly electrolyte imbalances/compensations. 

Why do you think it keeps on happening? 

Need a bit more information.

Not to sure to sure it keeps on happening I have lots of veggies in my diet including taking fish oil as well.I emailed my trainer and told my trainer  about me getting hip cramps.I can recall when I preping for the Pans I would get hip cramp from time to time  then it was fine during the day.It must be a age.
