What's up nzbbing!

First time poster... Under the name Naturali LOL. Totally forgot my password / email (Loochi) - Was suggested back here by a friend to do the aesthetic challange but I don't really have any before pics or whatever so I kinda won't be eligible... Unless if shaving / tanning are counted as before / after? *lol*

 

But in all seriousness I am competing in October and wanted to show you guys my progress from August (first 3 pictures) and the far right picture is from last week! Stoked because leanest, strongest I have been. Mentally I feel great too. What I've noticed though after last week that the hunger cravings are shooting sky high. That's all I can think and talk about - Also loss of libido BIG time lol. No biggie I guess since I don't got a mrs / ain't exactly a 'playa' to begin with *mosking*

 

My main goal is to stay undefeated *fingers crossed* - but I know that time will come sooner or later and it could even be in the next 4 weeks so I want to dig a little deeper in my conditioning to increase my chances of winning. 

Otherwise; my next goal is to stay some what conditioned and put on size in the next few years to come and to try some power lifting possibly..

Ultimate goal is to earn a natural pro card before 30 - these are available in the states - granted they ain't as recognized as IFBB pro cards but meh. Guess it's an ego thing : )

So yeah. Been dropping around 300g a week or so since February 9th.. Took a break the whole of June and resumed July 13th I believe.

look awesome as per usual. im curious though.. and taking your word that youre natty, do you ever feel tempted to use gear at times?

Man I would honestly love it if someone could bring those lie detector tests eh lol! So many people wonder and I hear rumors every now and then about "Loochi takes" etc lol

To answer your question, do I feel tempted to use gear at times? At the start of my journey (March 07) I was contemplating it... Was close but thank god I didn't. 

Thing is bro, natural bodybuilding appeals more to me believe it or not lol. Just seems less complex to me and honestly as much as I love bodybuilding, I'm not inlove with it that much to go for it. Plus nothing better than being leaner or beating someone who's on it *biggrin*

I can't prove to you that I'm natty which really sucks man. It really does.. But what I will tell you is every time I compete I'm lighter. (Except my first 2 comps)

In 09 I competed at around 64ish... 2011 68.5 ... This year 65... And as of today I'm less than that. Basically it just doesn't make sense ya know? But I guess in a few more years people will still see me in the mid-high 60's or possibly if I'm lucky in the early 70's and maybe that can be proof to some of you guys, maybe not to the new generation lol

I still want my legs to be like the Dolan brothers which I will remedy that next year. (Except hamstrings, I think they're in a good spot..) my back thickness has come up since last competition but still want to improve on thatl.. I want thicker abs (not sure if this is possible?) but will be working on it next year as well (dont really train abs)... And *drum roll* biceps still shit lol! : )

Here's my favourite back double bicep which was taking 2 weeks after starting diet in July I believe or 3 weeks? Can't remember... But definitely the best thing that's improved for me in 2013 I believe!

Loochi welcome back. I think I said it before that I (and probably heaps of other beginners) draw inspiration from the fact that a good phsique is possible without gear and even more so the fact that you are not a heavy weight makes it kind of seem even more like 'yeah after some years I can do it too'. Kind of like old school bodybuilder effect where you pick up the magazine and say 'I want to be like that guy'.. much as I admire Ronnie I simply cannot say the same with him.

Also crazy glutes man don't remember those extra details from last year (not that i was looking that closely *shok* nohomo)

You amaze me every time you post photos, bro. I'm amazed, because however amazing you were previously, every time you post photos, somehow you've got even better.

You absolutely need to enter the Aesthetics Challenge, and probably the Bodybuilding one too. You may not have the size, but no-one else is going to have your cuts.

The Before photos in the Challenge are not old photos - they should be taken now. I guess I missed spelling that part out - oops. (Although in my defense, with 8 classes in this Challemge, the rules ended up a 12-page, 3000-word essay!)

@FOTR ty for your kind words brotha its real inspiring! Honestly its all time! This coming march its going to be 7 years of training and at the start my knowledge on training rest and nutrition was shocking to say thr least.. what im trying to say is stay consistent and always lift even if you have days where your rest or nutrititon is crap.. it all adds up. show me someone whos trained 5 years consistently who looks below average.. knowldege or not! Go hard bro

@Jimmy ty bro : ) i hope to be like him one day thas for sure! @pseu ty man! Means alot! I just want to improve as much as much as my body will allow me every year.. i never thought id get to where i am today(ans honestly its not that great) but it goes to show persistance and patience pay off. If i enter the comps ill prob post glute progress.. not sure i can get leaner anywhere elae.. unless someone begs to differ if my old email is erased its cool. I dont mind eithrr loochi or naturali tbh : )

Thanks Gym Rat, hope all is well with you bro! Just keep at it, try to focus your mind with your muscle. Try to feel your muscle actually working. Sounds cheesy and cliche but just try it... And then when you figure that; just give it time.. And by time I mean years : )
