Started but unsure if on the right track?

Im a 20 year old male, I've played rugby pretty much all my life, I'm now the heaviest and the strongest I have been and playing at the best I have ever have in rugby. At the moment I'm beginning off season training so I created a programme that incorporated both strength, and hypertrophy concepts, my  current weight is 100kgs, would like to get down to around 95-98. (refer to excel file). Basically my question for discussion is, should I just concentrate on strength for x amount of weeks and then hypertrophy for x amount of weeks (btw I do cardio but i just need advice on the weights training), or is what I have for my goals (which is to get stronger, and increase muscle mass) actually all good? Go easy on the workout too haha, really would like some constructive feedback though

* Where I want to be is just my goals, dont critisize.
* Major movements = major strength exercises, squat deadlift bench etc
* Legs is twice a week as they're probably the smallest and weaker part of my body
