cheers mate - still mid strength cycle - wont be able to properly test until I can add the calories back in next week.  They are good peeps - very passionate about their members for sure. Nearly grabbed the bar lol - I shout at him before he did though .. lucky haha

Hahaha! The cunning tricks of the veteran lifters!

Reminds me of Tony at CP Te Atatu. Rather than unload both sides of the bar, he'd pull the weights off one side, then up-end the bar, leaving the plates from the other side neatly stacked on the floor to be put away.

alrighty bit the bullet and got in a squat, after 9 odd weeks side lined from squats so stoked to still be in one peice!! as iv been banded from squat with out wraps, had to have abit of straping tape on knee though for safty, doesnt matter i hope as not a compedative total any way!!

Realised I forgot to mention my username Leeroid in my video lol. Y'all know who I am though.

 

 

Bench press 140kgs

Bodyweight 87.6kgs

Wilks 90.65

 

 

Deadlift 250kgs

Bodyweight 87.7kgs

Wilks 161.775

 

 

So in the end my 3 lifts were:

 

Squat 220kgs (Wilks 142.758)

Bench press 140kgs (Wilks 90.65)

Deadlift 250kgs (Wilks 161.775)

Total 610kgs (Wilks 395.183)

This is the 1st time iv ever entered anything like this i have been training for about 6 months so far but only 3 months for this comp and so happy to have a rest from all the hard training for this lol.

These are my lifts i hit them all in one day that was today ,my other bench vid is on the next page with a heavier weight.

.My Benchpress

My weight on here doesnt seem right im usually 105-107 depending on what food and liquids iv had before training so instead of using the weight it showed on here which was 102kg i just used my normal weight thats been showing on my other vids in the squat and deadlift which is 105.1kg, now i can eat as much as i want and pigout lol.

Here are my videos. Unfortunately i could not lift as much as i wanted but i am a week out from the Oceanic and commonwealth championships so today these are my openers for the big day. (i uploaded earlier but i think i did it wrong and the videos didnt show up)
