Hey KRATOS, you need one more pic of your choice bro.

 

"Each photo set must contain the following poses:

  • a Front Double Bicep pose,
  • a Back Double Bicep pose,
  • two different poses of your choice, and
  • a relaxed pose showing you holding a sign with “GYMNATION, {your username}, {current date}” clearly written on it."

That's ok - one complete set of photos is still considered an entry. Obviously it'll be hard to win Most Improved with just one set, but it's enough to get you in the draw for the Fitwear vouchers. (You could also enter the Best Overall categories, which only need one set of photos.)

my "after" shots lol, i did manage to drop 10kgs odd, but wasnt strict at all, but had to get them up as part of the comp though, only had phone on hand after filming squats comp vid, so average photos but you can kinder see some changes, look forward to seeing some good ones from others whooop whooop *good*

10kg is a pretty decent change for the timeframe you had. You can see a big difference - especially in you Front Double Bicep pose. Good shit, bro!

Entry Most improved ... bit of a journey since Sept.  Weigh in today a very full 114.5kg ... photos dont really do justice .. happy with result.  have lost inches off my waist.  7.5kg.  Could have easily come in dry @ 110kg but my doc says take easy with electrolytes untila fter powerlifitng comp next week.  (no more cramps) :)

Here's my entry - 80.3kg this morn - 3.5kg between pics. No crazy dieting, cardio or carb cutting! Solid nutriton with a few meals of fast food and/or sushi a week and strength/weight training. 
 
Lol at befores. Pls don't judge me I was studying 10 hours a day + injuries!
