Army vs Navy vs Fire vs Police - Crossfit 275

One of our old moderators, Poos_n_wees, has been busy setting up a new crossfit box out in Mangere, Crossfit 275. She and her partner opened it yesterday with a competition between Army, Navy, Fire and Police.

Each of the four teams consisted of two men, two women, and they powered through multiple workouts back-to-back. Everything from simple pushups to the more advanced stuff like rope climbs and muscle-ups.

Based on what I saw yesterday, our services are all in pretty good shape! A lot of strength, stamina and determination on display from everyone. The Navy took it out in the end - congratulations guys!

And well done, PnW. You've set up a very cool space with Crossfit 275. As a total crossfit newbie, it was pretty inspiring. Once I've sorted out a few niggling injuries, I'll definitely be giving it a go.
