Hi! I just joined this forum and thought of introducing myself. I have been bodybuilding for a while but have slacked off for the past few years. Age and work forced me to lay down on my bodybuilding. I judge contests now when I get the time. I checked out some of the topics here and found it hearwarming to see folks here helping one another with advice and counsel. Keep up the great work Kiwis!

Hello there! Thank you for the warm welcome. I used to be a judge for the IFBB. I have quit that and am now judging for a natural bodybuilding/fitness organization. Judges are a wary lot. Due to favouritisms and conflict of interest in judging, we try to keep ourselves in competition arena only. I remember quite a few judges have been chided for offering advice to bodybuilders/fitness athletes. I am hoping to remain incognito here! Again, thank you for the warm welcome.
