Does anyone play squash for fitness been playing couple of times a week good blow out plus the four sessions of weights a week :grin:

I used to play a little years ago and got a very thorough work out, mostly due to all the running around I did when playing as I dicovered I had no talent for the game!

I Play during the winter season with my mates. And find it a real intense blow out session. At first you will find the games really slow, but once you figure out the techniques and how to hit the ball the speed of the game really picks up a lot. Even beta if you got a mate that is roughly the same level or just a bit beta then you are. :pfft:

Squash is a good cardio kick - just remember though that because of the rapid movements and direction changes you are putting a hell of a lot of stress onto your joints. So don't go out on the court and trash around without warming up first!
