Keep in mind that the results were observed in a test tube/petrie dish.  Stuff sometimes works different in the human body.  It's interesting and all but there's a bunch more work to be done before we should get too excited.

Remember that vitamin C kills cancer cells in vitro.  Doesn't work in humans.

 

So I wouldn't be rushing out to buy a supplement based on mangosteen peel extract or some such thing.
