Should be back up and running in a proper gym this time next week.

gonna do a strength program to build back up to and past my previous 1rms of 130 squat 175dead 90 bench.

want to do this as quick as possible so think il do either 5x5 or 5/3/1. want to have room to chuck on some assistance, powerbuilding i think they call it lol.

what would be best? 5x5, 5/3/1 or something else? gonna do a couple sessions with a pl coach to sus my form out so i dont make it any worse also

I don't think quick methods for powerlifting go together bro! However the 5x5 or 531 methods are clean and easy ways to start, do keep the assitance work in! Build your back!

But my advice keep a written log book of lifts and always follow program to the end! You never make gains stopping and starting other programs!

As for coaching, always a good idea! But if you get stuck start filming lifts and posting for advice! Too easy!

I have done very well on 5x5 then 3x3 and in about 7 months achieved a squat of 182kgs +, bench 125kgs and Deadlift 170kgs

I have moved on to Texas Method now and still doing good and got my squat to 200kgs.

There is no fast way to gain strength really. Remember its not a sprint, its a marathon.
