tbh dinah doesnt really know what shes talking about as she isnt a CEO or any kind of marketing exectutive within the software industry. if i was you id just disregard her post and read below;

Microsoft diet-pro 2012 is a good powerful software package which you can install on your pc. I have a couple of unused copies. will sell for $20 and chuck in the foods database (is really good as it updates itself when new food products come out) disk for another $20.

if youre keen will pm my bank details

is an excellent tool for gaining lean muscle and losing fat and getting stronger. since using ive gained weight, lost fat and gained strength. cant reccomend it enough to everyone on this forum with any kind of goals physique/strength wise

thanks Dinahlady that done the trick perfectly..  kept a log today and what a shocker..

Was eating regular meals containing protein etc..  according to fitnesspal I only consumed 1588 calories today! And I only consumed 120grms of protein and even then I had to skull a couple of glasses of milk, and chuck in some protein powder to get that figure up.

Then with exercise I apparently burnt off 850 calories..   Gee at that rate I'll be as skinny as a matchstick if that site is to be believed..

None of mkes sense because Im carrying a lot of weight..  Hmm, maybe I make a few trips to the fridge in my sleep to polish off some cake or something lol

Anyway, interestign to see Im not getting anywhere enough protein.. Should have done this years ago.. Got a lot of fine tuning to do on my diet... :-(

Its amazing when you get lax about your diet for a while then actaully add up what you are having...

Myfitnesspal is good to see what you are having and make your own goals

but beware if you say you have exercised sometimes it says you should have more calories which you can missread and get confused about how much to eat - you can change this in settings. or if you set it to you wanting to "lose weight" it tells you dumb shit like to eat 800 cals etc.

Best way is to fiddle with the general settings and do custom to get it right

cool, didnt know i could customise it..

This is what I have needed all along.. some one recommended it to me ages ago but I was too lazy to start using it.. Im a dumb ass at times..  I think this is really going to help... Im still quite shocked at what its telling me Im eating.. Im going to just believe it and percivere with it and see where it leads... If It does what I want it to, I'll start posting some before and after photos.. Just a warning though, the before isnt pretty lol

cheers Dinahlady.
