Hi all

which supplements are recommended by users to aid muscle growth and hypertrophy? Was thinking of creatine but any advice would be great.

i currently take 2x whey shakes a day (1 post workout and the other if im feeling peckish but not really hungry).

my diet consists of porridge, lots of chicken, some rice or kumara or potatoes, vegies and some form of red meat with dinner. Im curently training 6days a week on an upper lower split twice a week and 2 days cardio.

Any advice please

I would add in some good fats to your diete like flax seed which is cheap to buy including fish oil and men's multi which you can buy from the supermarket plus they are cheaper to buy compare to multis that you can buy from any supplement shop which are more expensive to buy.Your diet looks good throw in some more carbs like having rice cakes and having three shakes a day like one with breakfast, one post train and before bed,How much fruit and veggies are you eating each day?

I usually have a decent serve of vegies with dinner. Fruit is usually to fill a hunger void if i get hungry and dont want a complete meal. With dinner is usually a cup of cooked rice or pasta as my carbs. During the day usually rice or kumara as a carb. I can also increase to a 3rd shake a day at breakfast time as you recommend.

Which multi vitamins are good? Also whats the take on creatine for muscle growth and recovery? Have been doing some reading online and just wanted other opinions on supplements etc.

Cheers for the advice

In the way of multis go for the red seal or the healthries which are cheaper to buy comapre to the ones that you can buy in supplements shops plus your wallet will thank you for it.I would also suggest to use fish oil which is great to use which can be bought at your local supermarket. For creatine i would use Gaspari creatine which is one of the best creatines that I have used and it is cheap to buy 26 dollars for 60 servings which is cheap compare to other creatines which are more expensive to buy.If you want a good brand to use for in the way of whey is Eat me supplements awesome services with there shipping
