Anyone ordered stuff from these guys before? How long did shipping take?

I ordered some Rehband knee sleeves over a week ago but following the tracking number the package has gone around the USA now is in Canada and has been denied customs clearance, WTF?

All previous orders from the states for me have gone from wherever the shop is to a state near the coast then here to NZ and usually only take a week or so to my door...

Yeah I've ordered from them, and know lots of others that have, haven't heard of that issue before though?  Mine arrived in about 5 days IIRC...
