legs day = crap nights sleep

CNS taking a beating! Only seems to happen with heavy / high volume legs as they are such large muscles (quads/hams/glutes). I'm sure a blinder of a back workout could do the same but I've never managed it.

Fidgety broken sleep = great leg session LOL

Sounds like you're describing Restless Leg Syndrome. I get this a bit from time to time - just this constant urge to stretch, right?

Do you take a multi-vitamin? This can be triggered by low magnesium, so either get a good men's multi (check that it's got a decent amount of magnesium in it) or take a specific magnesium supplement.

It's true that weight training can increase test, and some people do find it hard to sleep on high doses of test, but I don't think the increase you'll get from training legs is going to be enough to disrupt your sleep by itself. There'll be something else going on there. :)
