Lower back "pumps"

Hey Team

excuse me if this is a repost but...

Does anyone suffer from painful back/calve/shin pumps?

Running low dose tren e / test e ... does taurine tend to help? i dont usually seem to have a problem but have gained 5ish kgs in the last few weeks mainly due to increasing carbs (mostly clean) and my back has been killing me can hardly walk etc

As above ^ Taurine helps if your running clen but thats for muscle cramps, are you running anything else alongside  Tren/Test? I get lower back PUMP when on dbol/A50 hence the reason im asking

Lower back pump on androgens is water pushing on the kidneys! Use a mild herbal diuretic or consider an on cycle AI to drop the estrogen.... Mostly limited to the strong orals like dianabol, anapolon etc
