what squat/deadlift weight load is it reasonable to start using weight lifting shoes

Using weightlifting shoes doesn't have anything to do with strength. You can use them even if you're a beginner as they are more to do with ankle mobility than support. So yes, start using them

ok i guess it was a stupid question lol.. me and my stupid questions lol

ok well i used it today and the wei rui felt a bit thin at my feet idk i might have fat feet i wonder if thats how its meant to be?

They should be a snug fit. They're not a comfortable sneaker, they're built for performance so when it comes to weightlifting thats stability without any shifting or aliding. They will stretch a little in the first few weeks.

dam i think mine is slightly loose at the top but tight width wise... but didnt feel any shifting... i hope it stretches out lol or i fked up lol
