Skin reaction to sweat?

Hey everyone.

Been a long time since I posted anything on here. Good to be back!

Anyway, I have been experiencing a very annoying and rather off putting problem for the past couple of months. Everytime i get overly sweaty my skins reacts with it and i get an itchy rash. It goes away after 45-1hr but its really annoying because I can't workout for as long in the gym without looking like a lepper and having to put a hoodie on to hide my shame :(

I think it is something in my diet that is causing it. More specifically my supps. All the sups that I'm taking contain L-Glutamine. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this before? More so does anyone have a sure fire fix other than "Stop taking supps"?. That was the doctors response anyway :/

P.S. supps are;

Gaspari Super Drive

Shotgun MASSIVE (Changing to ON Serious Mass tomorrow)

Shotgun CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

Shotgun L-GLUTAMINE (No longer taking this and rash takes longer to appear but definately still there)

imo If its anything imo its more likely to be the super drive

they put so many ingredients in pre workouts like cayenne pepper etc which could be causing reaction.

Don't take it and then see what happens?

Other than that have you changed gym clothes? could be standard heat rash?

Started happening before I was taking any PWO. I have tried training in shirts, singlets, bball singlets (swingmans with little holes in them) to mitigate heat but no luck.

I just googled creatine rash and others have said it has happened from that so maybe try dropping everything out supplement wise and then add back in one by one?

Red rash is a pretty generic reaction and could probably happen to anything but if you thik its the supps like i said drop them all then add in one by one, one a week or one ever other workout  :)

but leave them all out for a couple of weeks first if it doesnt improve by then then its prob not the supps and maybe go to GP?

Damn was hoping to avoid having to drop the supps. Stack is working wonders so far. But will do and see if it improves

This happened to me when I first got back into the gym, developed tiny pin head size blisters on arms, hands and feet. Iam sure pwo bought it on but the real cause for me I think was medication I was on at the time. Peopl who are sensitive in general will normally react to most supps.

I wouldn't attribute your gains to the supplements you are taking..
