stone molds

has anyone here got any experience with stone making etc..

i found this so far:

I had a guy in Hastings make mine, one of those garden ornament places that make the balls for the fountains etc. Just had to get the concrete weights for him, using his 20" molds, adding polystyrene as needed (from memory a full concrete one would be 160kg+). We managed to get stones approx 100, 115, 120, 155 etc
