So my Mum sent a pic of me from Xmas day last year today that I hadn't seen and I was like wow! So I put it side by side with one from last month. Also chucked in another one where I got nice n fat for a 12 week challenge that was then cancelled so I jumped on my first cycle - that was back in March as written on my man boob in the pic.. still have not stopped that cycle :P! Anyways here ya go

What cycle you been on :P ? and goals atm?

Also this might be off track but what are thoughts on albuterol for cutting? I'm looking to do a cut soon, and was wondering is it best to cycle it 2weeks on/2weeks off? and in the 2weeks off maybe use a thermogenic such as detonate?

Thanks bro! Start on just test and added tren about 6-7 weeks ago so went from 500p/w test to 250p/w test ( E ) and started on 300p/w tren ( A ) but worked my way up to current 600p/w. No real goals right now just loving working out - was considering competing but I'm pretty lopsided from years of cricket so it'll be a few years away until I get more symmetry for sure.

Never used alb bro, my mate reckons it's pretty sweet though. I've used clen and I did lose weight but really wasn't that flash, good diet for me personally works just as well. Have not used clen since .. can't even remember hah! If I was to compete I would probably look at using it near the end to help drop the last bit of bodyfat. Some do 2 on 2 off and then others do 5 days on 2 days off - then the hardcore guys swear by anything with an anti-histimine in it like hay fever tablets with cetirizine in it which is supposed to clean your hn-1? receptors this way they can stay on it for longer - no idea how legit that is tho hah!

I live on dets~ they make dieting easy <3

Sweet allgood, I don't think I'd go near clen, 2 many sides and people believe alb is just as good. That anti-histimine sounds wack, dw about that haha. 

Yeah im consdering getting detonates, they are pretty cheap from bb.com, but stock is out atm but thats allgood, won't be cutting for a few months, and can just take 1 det a day and ramp it to 2 if neccessary. 

Also taking a look at the pics again, the gym looks like mine haha, maybe i'm just buzzing out.

Regarding the Dets the reason BB took it down is due to some outside company/source making allegations regarding one of the X-methal(somethings) in it, saying theres too much, same went for Craze, again - they retested a bunch and found it's fine and it cooled down for a few weeks and blam back again hah so I dunno if you google round you'll find the press release from Gaspari and test results etc it's all just people hating IMO there was also stock issues a while back when they couldn't produce enough to meet the demand from places wanting to stock it etc :D

Re: cricket, lol my right bicep, right lat, left quad and left calve are between 1 and 2 inches bigger than their opposite side buddies, it's pretty lame but yeah I guess time will close the gaps :)

Haha mint! Can't really miss me with those ridiculous tattoos and singlets with nipples showing and I am -ALWAYS- on the stepper if I'm doing cardio, just rock over and say sup! I mostly do my big lifts in the AM then smaller one PM or core but yeah if you're not weird/shy/creepy just say sup! Actually I don't mind if you're either since I'm all 3 ;)

Haha bro theres a fair few small indian dudes at exo! Just rock up if you see me - specially on cardio cos talking kills time where as extending a hand for a high 5 during a set on the flat bench might be a bit more sketchy hahah ( still have moron friends who try it though )

Thought I'd chuck up some back progress for the lols

 

Top = again in Raro at about 93kg and then in Nelson posing on a hill at about 108kg end of Summer just been haha

Middle = pic of me in Raro at about 93kg and then a pic post dead lifts at about 101kg

Bottom = pic of me dec 2015 at my push/pull at about 120kg and then a pic couple of months later in Feb 

 

My back is my fav thing nowdays.. still removing a shit huge tattoo home job hence always in stringers and not shirtless posing
