My Lifts-16 years old 77kg

Im 16 years old and weighed in this morning at 77kg on the dot. I am going to start putting my 1RM each week or 2 and would love the support of everyone on here.

Il start off with what I did today which was only bench press:

Bench Press: 85kg

Once im finished training tomorrow I will put up my back squat and deadlifts.

As above.

Don't attempt 1rms every week its counterproductive. You're constantly testing yourself rather than working on developing strength. Every month is more than enough.

What you could do (like Westside Barbell) is attempt to beat a PR every week for different exercises at different rep ranges - e.g. this week do a top set of incline bench first and aim for a new 3rm max, next week doing Flat dumbbells aim for a 5rm PR etc
