hey im 25 years old i have had 2 kids im 172 tall and 96kgs im very fit mum who walks everywhere upto 10ks a day and has been going to the gym 3 weeks so far i use weights at home and i exercycle at home. i eat well with all my hard work i have lost ant weight since feb this year my last progress photo help please people

What's the weight difference from your December pics to February? You can certainly see a change there.

You say you eat well... can you give an idea of what that involves? What do you eat/drink on a standard day?
