Second doctor being a retard.*dash1*

I think you have done some metabolic damage by dropping your calories by to much to fast. This video may help your understand metabolic damage and how to recover from it. I would assume your hormones are all over the place as well.

I see this far to often among the women trying to get into fitness shows and get given ridiculous diets that are going to cause them a lot of problems. A lot of these people giving these diets are also well know as "experts".

More people need to beaware of this. I just seen a "Diet Plan" just the other day which had a young guy in his early 20s eating less than 20g of fat with is ridiculous and would completely throw hormone production off balance unless taking an external source of testosterone.

I suggest you reapproach your diet. Try workout the macro-nutrients for what you are eating now and slowly build up the calories you are consuming by increasing your fat, protein and carbohydrate intake. For example increase your net calorie intake for the day by 100 calories after a fortnight and continue to do so until your eating a reasonably amount of food (around 2400-2600 calories). Once at this calorie intake then increase your cardio but not dramatically (say 5 minutes extra). Once your weight is steady then slowly reduce your calorie intake by maybe 50 calories a week and don't go below 1800-2000!

It will take a while to build your metabolism back up but once you do you will be losing weight on a whole lot more caloires and will feel much more healthy rather than driving yourself into the ground.

If you continue doing what you are doing things are likely to only get worse. Prehaps start a dairy loging what you do eat throughout the day and if you post what you are currently eating I could help you roughly determine your calorie intake at the moment.

Might also be worth looking into getting an app on your phone like "Myfitnesspal" if you have a smartphone if not you can also use it on the internet just Google "Myfitnesspal". The app is used to count calories all you need to do is enter the food than you are eating.

Good luck, I hope this helps.

i can tell u what i eat.... and i dont follow fad diets as i dont believe they work.

for breakfast a bowl of cereal (plum and almond museil) or a 200ml shake of myofusion elite

for snack either a banana or a handful of nuts(almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, rasins, dried apricot cuts, dried cranberry)

lunch either shake or a spinach wrap with chicken in it and salad in it

snack banana or nuts or yogurt.

dinner meat, salad/veges, and small portion of potatoe depends what ive done with it for the night

thats not every day sometimes i add or change things just depends on the day and what  have in the cupboards

Just did so rough calcualations and your eat around 800-1200 calories which isn't very significant at all. You definitely going to have to work on increasing your calorie intake slowly then reapproach dieting if you increase your calories slowly you will gain no/minimal weight I think it is a nessary evil.

Maybe make a shake a smoothie with a banana and a table spoon of peanut butter.

Your really going to have to figure out things for yourself at some point, try educate yourself about basic nutrition (not types of diets, plenty of hype out their). Think of it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet, diet insinuates its going to end at some point in time.

Not sure how much you know about macro's so will try and explain the basics.

1g Fat = 9 Calories

1g Carbohydrates = 4 Calories

1g Fats = 4 Calories

So for example if you were to have 2000 Calories you could have:

200g Carbohydrates, 150g Protein & 66.67g Fat or

250g Carbohydrates, 125g Protein & 55.55g Fat etc

Meal timing is irrelvant, so you don't have to eat frequent small portion meals but some people prefer it like myself when I have the time. Basically you want all three of these macronutrients.

Fats

Fats supply energy and also have many other roles such as helping with the formation structural material of cells and tissues such as the cell membrane. Fats also carry fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K into the body and help in the absorption of these vitamins in the intestines not to mention help with hormone production.

Carbohyrdates

Carbohyrdates aren't critical for the body they aren't needed to surive, however they are the easiest source of energy for the body and brain to use. The are definitely a must for performance athletes. Should avoid sugars if you can as excessive sugar consumption can cause insulin resistance.

Protein

Protein is a important macronutrient for the body, particularily the molecules in our cells being involved in practically all cell functions. Different proteins have different strutures as well as function in the body and are made up of a series of amino acids which speed up chemical reactions in the body.

As you can see all of these macronutrients are important for the body and mental awareness you just have to find the right balance of fats, protein and carbohyrdates for yourself. You could get a nutritionist that is local to you to help you.

Definitely agree with Jimmybro really great posts.

800 - 1200 calories is not healthy for a female and will not get you the body you want in the long run.

Work on increasing food, calories and carbs, and body composition will change SLOWLY.

Theres no way in hell decreasing your food when you don't eat very much, or having  800 -1200 cals long term is going to get you the body you want!

/END

Wow such helpful posts on here!! :) Would you consider going to see a nutritionist to help get you set up to take the geuss work out of trying to suss it all yourself? I've personally found that's been the best way about it for me after a few years of trying to do it all myself..dropping weight (not to mention muscle!), gaining weight, getting calorie obsessed and literally doing my head in trying to work out appropriate intakes. It's not the most straight forward thing to suss and there's no 'one fits all' solution.  In regards to snacks.. totally try Doctor's Carbrite diet bars, the cookie dough one is so good - even better when zapped in microwave for about 15secs - actually all protein bars are!! Good luck! :)
