Wookie's Breakfast weight gain shake

Thought I'd post up this one that I used extensively to help me put on weight in the lead up to strongman shows. I do believe it has been used by the NZRU academy to bulk up some of their age grade reps.

Wookie weight gain shake:

400ml milk (if it has a green top it's not worthy)

80-100g protein powder or mass gainer (I tended to use vanilla or unflavoured)

1 large or 2 small banana's

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1/3-1/2 cup raw rolled oats (drinking your breakfast)

2 raw eggs (did I mention it was a breakfast shake?)

Tablespoon Honey or Maple syrup for taste

50ml Olive oil (extra 400-450 calories right there)

Blend it all up and drink. Sometimes I'd put half in a container and drink the rest 30mins later. Usually I'd put it down with a PBJ sandwhich or some bacon. Someone smarter than me can work out the calories, but I put it at about 1500 or so. All the add-ins help make the olive oil taste better. Do this 5x pw and you will grow.
