Quick & Easy Breakfast

This ones pretty simple but it's good if you just want something quick and easy in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • Oats
  • Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Pinapple Chunks
  • Blueberries
  • Dark Chocolate

First things first get the jug boiling (speed tip: use the least amount of water possibe in the jug)

Pour your oats in a bowl (speed tip: use rolled oats)

Pour in your boiling water (speed tip: don't wait for the jug to finish boiling)

Grab your protein powder and put in a large scoop or 5

Mix it up

Chuck the pineapple chunks in and scull that pineapple juice

Throw the blueberries in

If you have time grate some chocolate over the top (speed tip: shove the whole chocolate pieces in your mouth)
