Well,

Not much has been posted in the female section for a while and also I not so secretly want to be in with a chance of winning dem SKINS.

Here's a vid of the client and partner of a trainer from birmingham from back in the UK. (Jordan Peters http://www.facebook.com/TrainedByJp). Who also seems a great trainer and very knowledgable with great qualifications and credentials (He has studied at one of (if not the) Uk's top sport universities) as well as pure results from his clients.

I'm not sure if my facts are 100% straight but she did her first show last year in the UKBFF exquivelent of figure (bodyfitness), then in offseason qualified for worlds in powerlifting (not sure which federation) and now is preparing for both fitness class and the powerlifting comp which are both in the same week, in about 12 weeks.

Here's a vid of her doing some gymnastics:

I think it's inpiring because it shows that you can use variety in your training (rather than sticking to bbing volume style training, or 3 sets of 15 reps for women, and reems and reems of cardio), train like an athlete and lean cool skills. She also has a masters degree (woo educated women!). It also breaks some stereotypes within the modern beauty doctrine and other feminist like ideas like that.

I also attached a pic from her first show last yr.

P.s if you think my post is good and that I should win the skins then like the link I shared on my facebook on http://www.facebook.com/DinahLadyPT

Thanks :) :) :)
