Raw Mocha Oat Protein Balls

Ingredients//

  • 1 cup chantal organic rolled oats
  • 2 scoops mocha cappuccino 100% whey protein
  • 2 tbsp airbourne – clover raw honey
  • 1.5 tbsp ceres organic almond peanut nutter butter
  •  1/2 cup sanitarium so good – unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp lisa’s whole ground flax seed meal
  • 2 tsp ceres organic coconut oil
  • **I threw in roughly 1 cup of All-Bran Flakes cereal as well as I needed to use it up!

 

Directions//

  1. Measure out honey and coconut oil – melt in microwave (10 sec.)
  2. Put all dry ingredients w/almond nut butter into bowl
  3. Once melted add in melted honey and coconut oil
  4. Stir until well mixed
  5. Roll into balls with your hands – it’s pretty sticky so be patient with it
  6. Place in the refrigerator so they harden up a bit
  7. After 20 min. they are good to enjoy!

 Mix really well – be sure the dry ingredients soak up all the wet and are distributed evenly.
