What's your carb-up plan Nate? I've seen people who swear that a burger is the best thing for pumping up pre-comp. Or do you think that's just an excuse to starting tucking into the junk food a day earlier? Blum 3

Unfortunately I won't be getting my burger til Sunday night.....I'm sure some of you will work out why LOL. May see you there Pseudo! 

My carb/fat load is very, very light. Starts Sat morning and other than peanut butter it's pretty much my diet foods. I'm pretty carb sensitive and spill over fast so I'd rather come in depleted than flat n full of water.
