"Code" on Maori TV last night - good watch!

I don't know how many of you guys watched Code on Maori TV last night, but it was like they designed this episode for Gymnation members. Every interest group we have here seemed to be represented on the couch. They covered:

• Steve Cook, IFBB Pro Mens Physique competitor
• Jess Coate, International Figure competitor
• Tiger Gym in Phuket (Muay Thai, MMA & Thai Boxing training)
• Garry Jones, Crossfit World Games competitor
• Cliff Harvey, nutritionist and strength coach

If you didn't see it, it's a neat programme and this episode was particularly cool. Highly recommended.
