Not really that poverty, but if you are TIME poor this is a mint way to have some REALLY tasty shit for less than ten minutes prep. i did the below for 3 meals, but could easily double it. i just use these as my lunch for 3 days. ingredients:

1 420g watties condensed chicken soup

1 32g sachet of maggi onion soup (the one you use for making dip)

3 large skinless chicken breasts, cubed up

2 broccoli heads

carrot, celery, whatever poverty veges you got (use fresh, frozen can make it watery)

recipe:

1 put all stuff in that order into slow cooker. give a bit of a stir

2 cook about 6 hours on auto, low probably work fine

3 profit

each meal is this example is P66 F9 C24 = 441 cals.

Slow cookers are awesome. And so are simple, tasty recipes. I'll have to give this one a try.

Two questions:

1) I see a lemon in the photo - do you add lemon as well?

2) Is the only liquid from the can of soup? You don't need to add extra water?

1) yes lemon juice, but entirely optional.

20 no, no extra water. the veges and chicken provide enough
