Erythropoietin a.k.a EPO

Hi Keyman.

I'm certainly no expert, but I think EPO provides more benefit to endurance athletes, where the oxygen is used in conjuction with fatty acids to provide sustained energy for the muscles over long periods of time (eg, marathons). However bodybuilders and weightlifters primarily use a different energy source to provide explosive energy. So I don't think EPO would do you much good at all.
