We've created the Inspiration and Motivation forum so that you can share whatever inspires and/or motivates you. That may be to do with training. Or it may not. It doesn't matter - it's just about whatever gets you going. So here's a video that did it for me...

 

What has four legs, five arms and three heads? The Gimp Monkeys. These are three disabled athletes who climb the iconic Southeast Face of El Capitan in Yosemite National Park.
