Thigh size.

Hi guys, could you rate my legs for me? I don't think there really up to par yet (not for awhile), but I'd like to know if they are an ok/decent size at the moment as I don't want to look like a Upper bodybuilder and sometimes feel uncomfortable at the gym because I think my legs are tiny.

Your opinion will be much appreciated, thanks.

P.S. Sorry about the pictures being sideways.

I think the key thing is to get some confidence and know that you're working on it.

Who cares what other people think. You've been given what you've been given and you're on your own path of learning about training/diet and how to get bigger legs, right?

Just have fun with it n do the best you can.

def worse around, know people that literally dont train legs at all.

squat lots, wish i'd started squatting sooner

I know what you mean, I'm literally the only person at my gym that regularly trains legs and by literally I mean literally. Every 2 weeks or so I'll see someone doing squats but thats it.

Thanks for the reply though

Yeah you have a point, I shouldn't worry because I'm definitely working on them so eventually I'll have barrel drums!!

Hmm for legs usually I'd do about 5 sets of 6-8 reps of squats and a few sets of leg extension.

But now I've got on to doing more volume, now im doing 10-12 reps for around 6 sets for squats and then a few sets of 20 on the leg extension.

As for hamstrings I use the leg curl (high reps), good mornings, back extensions and sometimes lunges.

I often have to go to the gym twice in same day for legs, one session for quads and one for hammies. By saying separating your hammies from the workout you can help muscle growth, do you mean it just leaves for time for quad work?
