Oops, bit late on this one!

Weigh-in starts at 9am, sign up on the day for the Novices - registered lifters only for the CDPA bench champs, but all are free to compete in the Novice section.

Lifting starts at 11. Come along to watch if you're in the area, or even have a cheeky hit out Seeyou there.

Cheers Opti; Phedder and MT from here are lifting I think, should be a good comp. Phedder coming fresh off Smolov Base for squats + Smolov Jr for bench, will be interesting to see what sort of numbers he puts up.

Expecting I won't have to make too many catches! :grin:
