Hey all, new here so i'll start with a little about myself.

22yr old guy, 65Kg but not very tall.

sitting on 8% body fat at this point and i'm going to start trying to putt on a bit more beef.

I workout twice a day (morning and night) 5-6 days a week, but I dont have a decent programme for the night sessions yet. Hoping to get some really good results.

Hi guys, in terms of diet I don't really watch what I eat, I avoid junk food but i dont count carbs or anything like that. 2-3 protien shakes a day and then meat, veg and fruit for both lunch and dinner.

im only 5ft 5inches tall. i'll chuck a photo soon i think because im new to weights, ive only ever really done running and body weight based stuff.
