thought I'd do the polite thing and introduce myself.

I'm goosey, a pom originally, but now living in chch.

been playing football and doing a lot of biking etc in the past and in the last 2 months I've given up smoking.

I needed a new habit, so I figured that since I'm now looking after myself just that bit better now, I thought I'd start focusing a bit more on doing some training.

through doing my research, I stumbled upon this site and have been having a bit of a look and thought it was only wise to sign up and get in on the banter.
