Hi All,

I'm a 27yr Male (6'1 / 80kgs) and I've had been doing a fair amount of cardio work (out door boot camp) to lose a bit of extra weight (not that im "over weight") just wanted to thin down a bit before joining the gym etc, now I have been at the gym for approx. 3mths and seeing some changes in my little biceps getting more defined and growing a bit as well as my quads, etc. I've noticed my strength is starting to gain which now im wanting to start bulking to really enhance the growth all over.

If anyone could provide any help and or assistance in guiding me in the right direction with possible supplements I which can help (other than protein powder which im currently taking post workout), the biggest thing I think is my diet and I need to increase meals during the day, but need to have those meals being positive for growth so this is where I need help,
