help with rep range.

Recommended Posts

well thats kinda difficult question but lucky i am a qualified mathematician. first of all elts begin with the rep range, 10-20 that gives us a rep range of -10 ok. next step is that each rep you might do 2 seconds up, 2 seconds pause and 2 seconds down which gives us 6 seconds per rep, since it's -10 reps, we go -10x6 which gives us 60 seconds per set.

now you have to pick the right weight you take your 1RM , divide it by 1 and go with that. then you get your cell phone out and start acting angry/annoyed for about a minute. remember, it's not about how much work you do but more about how angry/annoyed you look, people will see you and go "oh theres a guy who looks like hes working hard" but really you're doing nothing at all. when your minute is up, add some more weights to the bar and do it again, repeat for about 4-5 sets or until you work up moderate sweat. on your last set use the countdown timer on your phone and make sure you yell out '2 more 2 more' and '1more 1 more' and just make extra noise in general. when you are done, just leave the weights there because you will have marked it as your territory, these weights will still be like this for your next session. next time make sure to add a little more weight and if you feel you are up for it, start working in the 10-30 rep range and possibly change up the pause period to 4 seconds instead of 2 for thet extra burn. please stay safe and make sure you bring extra pepper to the gym for the day when you try it
