Caffiene and Creatine?

I have been trying to find something concrete about this. I LUUUURVE me some coffee, but is it hampering my creatine intake?

The science seems to suggest its kinda inhibiting uptake into the muscles/utilization...but in the end it points more to a "I dunno" than a definitive answer!

I drink maybe 3 coffees across the day, but on training days I have a cup with 3x the coffee :P

I only just got some more creatine today.

Ideas? Advice?

Flex (member) knows alot about this and has talked in depth about it many times. Have a look through the old threads. In short it doesnt make much difference. From memory the initial studys were done having mixed the creatine into a warm coffee
