this is purely my own experience....

for the first part of my cycle it was test and dbol, test was about 10 weeks in and did dbol for 4 weeks from week 4-8, only reason i started it later was because i only got access to it in week 4.

anyway by week 10 i was about 133kg, full of water and bloated and bit of fat there as well :oops: i was still bulking at this point

when i decided to start dieting (5 weeks ago) and tren (about 3 weeks ago) i initially lost a good 8 kgs after 2 weeks. after that my weight hasn't really shifted and ive been sitting around the 124-125kg mark for the last 3 weeks. however in 20 days i have put on over a kg of lean mass and dropped about a few kilos of BF, and furthermore dropped my bf from 16 to 13% in 20days.

whether this is attributed solely to diet and cardio i wont actually know, but surely the tren has something to do with LBM gains while being in a calorie deficit.

ive even bumped my calories up a bit this week and still leaning out, WTF???? :grin: il go by mirror rather than scales from here on in i think.

I think Trenbolone makes you body more efficient at using the nutrients from the food. (Read this somewhere).

Typically when you eat food your body will use a particular amount of energy to digest it.

So if your using the nutrients from food your consuming more effectively your maintenance calorific intake would drop.

Not entirely sure how factual this is, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

hard to say JB. ive been reading around a shitload in regards to the nutrient partitioning effects of tren and feed efficiency etc.

some say they eat at cal deficit and gain LBM and lose bodyfat. others say they eat what they want at a calorie surplus and get the same results as above.

as far as tren's fat burning properties i think some people are a bit over the top about it, basically an excuse to eat whatever on tren.

the last week i have bumped up calories and still getting leaner, taking in more carbs as well.

One thing from reading around what everyone seems to agree on is that the food that is eaten is used more efficiently while on tren to build muscle rather than get stored as fat, taking into account that everything else is on par.

Dianabol I've had no sides like people mentioned on 200test/300tren going to up slightly to 250/400

Not quite the same as far as percentages go but the logic is there dude.

I've havent lifted a weight in over 3 weeks bro - didnt end up competing had to shoot off to China for work the past 2 and half weeks.

I also went off gear cold turkey for the past 3 weeks too. Feel like tits.

popped my first tren zit tonight during gym, sucker went miles! hahah up'd to 250/400 loving it~ mean as sessions too like more aggro at the weight during sets~ cranking some good PBs~

Up to week 3 on 50mg tren ace eod 250mg test ers once a week so far my sides are i keep waking up every 2 hours always hot as hell always need fresh air to breath i always feel angry i get crazy heat rashes always horny as hell my weight has gone up fast always hungry so far i luvit

Hey just randomly what length cycles do you guys prefer to run your tren for? 

Ive run Tren A @ 100mg ED in the past but could only handle it for 8wks, soaked the sheets at night had to sleep on a towel plus almost got divorced multiple times, apparently im unbearable to live with after week 6*lol*....god i love Tren!

Hahah multiple divorce ops! I've had 2 nights with mild sweats.. that's about it. Love the confidence etc. THe body recomp now that I've started cutting is sick as well all I want to do is take selfies at gym.. its fricking hard to keep the phone in my pocket. I'm on 1.2 EOD now of ace~ going to be about 6 weeks then small 4 day gap for Raro then back on it as I land in the car driving home, jabbing with 1 hand and taking selfies with the other.. ( not srs ) but then another 6 weeks so all up I'd aim for 12 but have heard thats a fairly long run hence my question! But also thinking lenght would be due to sides which for me very fortunately are super minimal~

You can see the issues The Hulk must have had, and he had no dam camera to remember the great times!!!!  From what I know I think the reason people dn.t stay on that long is because there partners wn.t let them.

Your right about body Recomp bro IMO nothing compares to Trenbolone! if only my old body could handle a 16wk blast of it!

Keep slammin it mate if you can handle the sides!

Haha yeah will do - I see no point in reality with half assing anything. Specially if theres no issues sides wise. We're all going down the path of dying via old age, why not try look good when / if we get there hah.

Was considering winny, will check it out closer to summer - I mean the changes in the two and a bit weeks are insane ( from start of cut ) so might not need anything else haha

Oh my 1st post lol. 

Amazing drug. Got visible changes just after 4- 5 weeks well also depending upon your dosages. Sweats at nights, weird as f*ck dreams and sometimes insomnia but i loved it all. Oh wish i could run the stack again. f*ck ran out and now i look like a dead monkey,
