Nearly 2 years ago I had cancer,3and a half months of chemo

I dropped down to 70 kgs f@&$ing skinny for a guy at 6'2",today

with some serious training and a few years of getting my diet

on point I've finally got back to 97 kgs,props to alot of fellas on this

site with tips on mass gaining. Lifting changed my life.

wow, awsome effort mate!!

I feel your pain and can empathise to a degree with what you've gone through.

I'm 8 weeks post radiotherapy and scheduled to have my fourth operation, in just on 2 years, to remove another tumour.

not the nasty 'C' word like yourself but more than a little bothersome and very hard for them to get a handle on and control. if they can't manage to sort it this time they're threatening chemo for me next!

hang in there and keep lifting :nod:

Sorry to hear bro.its tough to live with,I was first diagnosed at 25 and again at 27,never had radiation just chemotherapy but could imagine its just as bad.its a massive driving force for me now knowing what guys like us go threw and still achieve.HARD WORK is an understatement

Nah bud, doubt the radiotherapy knocks you round as much as the chemo, got pretty tired and worn out towards the end of it though. All going well I will never be in the position to compare the two!!

Going to be a long road back, but it only takes one step to start!!
