think ive seen a pic of you on the NZA fb page? good on you bro seem to be making some great progress!

ive seen first hand how hard it can be to stay on track with exercise clean food work study ect and end up ballooning up again in a cycle

make it a responsibility to others as well as yourself, if you say your going to do something do it! its easy to give up on a goal if nobody knows about it so you have taken some good steps!

love to keep updated on your progress! i have a close mate who could really benefit from seeing this

Cheers for the awesome love u guys are showin. Just shows not all BodyBuilders and Powerlifters are arrogant assholes.

Im sure with my PT's hard work and dedication to me and the wisdom and motivation from the sidelines by Brian McFarlane I'll have the tools to get it done.

Well done, Mike. :clap:

My problem has always been putting weight on, but regardless, I still find myself motivated by transformations like the one you're in the middle of. And at sub-10% BF, you'll certainly be inspiring heaps of others.

Just a quick update from Monday my first Fat caliper test lol

weighed in at 135kg

44% Bodyfat

lean mass of 94kg

Long way to go for my 10% but lets see what this big bugger can do :P

nice mate 20kg loss is huge!

Apologies for the figures lol my trainer saw my post and told me I had it wrong so its been edited

at that height, 90odd kg of lean mass is pretty massive, you must be packing a fair bit of muscle under that so called butter
I guess ya dont lug that sort of body butter weight around most of your life without building some natural muscle haha. Thats also current lean mass be lookin at bigger numbers in the months to come

So just a quick update 
Lost a further 3kg since my last weigh in but Im told Im buildin some serious muscle which is why my weight loss is so minimal.
Gettin serious strength gains especially in the legs and cracked 320kg on the legpress tonight for 3 sets of 15 (To be honest I had to have a lil sitdown to get my head right after)
20 inch calves and 17 inch Bi's (needa work on matchin that lol)
Hopefully calves pics to follow. 
The path to greatness is a long and trecherous one :P
