250mg vs 500mg Test E first cycle?

Is less really more? i hear people say not to rely on gear etc but i thought 250 would be a worthless amount while still shutting u down.

Thoughts on a 8-12 week cycle of 250mg or should it be 500mg?

It's kind of a decision you need to make on your own, you can ask 10 people and probably get 10 different answers.

I'm running 500 a week and personally wouldn't do any less.

Im gonna go aganist the grain here and say more is more & if ya gonna be training & eating properly i wouldnt shut myself down for 250mg p/w.

even for a first cycle go 500mg p/w.

I know theres alot of people here that disagree but each to their own.

Im running 750p/w test at the moment with a few other compounds and feeling strong as.Im no big pro just an average user that loves to lift and grow.

I've always wondered why 250mg or 500mg seem like the only option, pure laziness? Given 10ml vials of 250mg/ml, you'd be looking at 10 weeks with 1 vial at 250mg/wk, or 10 weeks with 2 vials at 500mg/wk. If you're worried about 250mg not being enough, or 500mg being too much, go down the middle. 375mg/wk with two 10ml vials will give you 13.3 weeks, and in my mind (could very well be wrong) A slightly longer cycle at a lower weekly dose should be better for gains and less sides? Inject .75ml twice a week, instead of 0.5 or 1ml.

If it is your first cycle, 500 per week split into 2 250 will be mint, 250 per week would almost be like a TRT dose, eat heaps and stick with 500 and you'll grow like a weed, make sure you have a good PCT in play and an AI for during - if it is Test E/C - 12 weeks minimum (basically you can stick with 500mg every cycle until you start to notice effects lowering before upping the dose, until then "Less is More") - I wouldn't go any lower than 400 per week even for the first time
